Learn how to take your cooking back to basics and beyond your kitchen to the open flame. Join us at the Lyons Farmette and enjoy our delicious local harvest as we demo recipes for your backyard or the back country.
RSVP required by 3 days prior to each class. Each class is $55/ person. Bring a friend and you each attend for $45.

In Each of the Campfire Classes You’ll Learn:
- The best tools and equipment for campfire cooking
- The basics of building a suitable, safe fire
- Cooking techniques and recipes
- Ingredient choice and storage tips for on the road
Each class will be taught keeping our basic philosophy in mind: aprovecha- using and appreciating the resources you have to the fullest. We’ll include ideas for cooking using vegetables as vessels, easy smoking set ups, making use of foil, and much more.
As always, we’ll be featuring the freshest and best local produce available.
